GBEWAA ZULIYA FEEDS

                              I will be using references from J.K.G Syme’s book (1932) “The Kusasis-A Short History”, T.E Hilton’s book (1962) “Transactions of the Historical Society of Ghana, Vol.VI”,  Captain R.S Rattray’s book (1932) “The Tribes of the Ashanti Hinterland” and the Mamprusis perspective. Before I continue, let me give you these three quotes by J.K.G Syme, Cpt.   I will be brief. I am not a lawyer and I do not intend to be one, at least for now. But every person with an iota of common sense will know that there is absolutely something wrong if you have to write 5 pages to explain a paragraph ruling that granted leave to discontinue a case. And more pitiful was the fact that eventhough you quoted the entire paragraph ruling in which there was ABSOLUTELY NO MENTION of who the rightful owner/chief is or even a mention of granting or dismissing the application, you still went ahead saying the ruling affirms so so and so as chief and owner of Bawku. The simple fact that you had to attempt "interpreting" the ruling should tell you and those who think like you that there was indeed no ruling on who a chief is. Because the court would have been clear rather than leaving space for you to come and write 5 pages "interpreting" what the ruling meant. The NBA ADU tittle is a Warrior Chieftaincy tittle in the Mamprugu kingdom and per the customs and traditions of Mamprugu, Warrior Chiefs sits on a Stool. It's only Warriors that are enstooled, all other Chiefs are enskined and sits on skins. The ADU tittle is a preserve for the ADU clan in Nalerigu, traditional capital of the Mamprugu kingdom.
