A careful reader of the said press release would observe that it is nothing but a compendium of dishonesty, misrepresentations, mockery of the families of the deceased, and a subtle commendation to his kinsmen for unleashing terror on innocent citizens. This is so for the following reasons; 1. It must be noted from the outset that Aninchema Abugrago Azoka's first purported call to his Kusasi subjects to stop their banditry and terrorist attacks on innocent citizens was captured in a press statement dated July 8th, 2022. This was after about 8 months of sustained banditry, terrorism, and guerilla attacks by his Kinsmen on inn

MAMPRUGU YOUTH ASSOCIATION - BAWKU CHAPTER FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE  16/08/2022 The Mamprugu Youth Association wishes to condemn the killing of 3 people (1 Mamprusi Fatawu Ibrahim, 1 Bissa Ibrahim Abdulai and 1 Hausa Bunyaminu Adam by tribes) on the afternoon of 16/08/2022 between the hours of 2:45 pm and 3:00 pm. The deceased who were traveling in public transport from Bolga to Bawku were stopped around Bawku Secondary School which is a Kusasi-dominated settlement and shot dead whilst injuring the driver of the vehicle. This afternoon's incident marks over 4 separate attacks in less than 5 months along the same stretch of the Bolga - Bawku road. Kelly , who had been one of the most visible stars in music, to 30 years in federal prison, after being found guilty of sexually abusing a series of women, girls and boys. Kelly, 55, was in federal court in Brooklyn, N.Y., for the sentencing on the nine counts he was found guilty of in September 2021 including racketeering, transporting his victims across state lines for “immoral purposes,” a  violation  of the Mann Act. Thank you for honoring our invitation at such short notice.  We all woke up to a press conference by a group calling itself kusaug youth movement in which they sought to malign Mamprusis for an alleged case of cattle rustling. First of all, we wish to advice the good people of Bawku especially all tribes living in the township to remain calm and not be provoked by the Kusasi presser. The presser and its content, especially within the times we find ourselves in, is a calculated attempt at provocation and we must not fall for it.
