THE THREE EMINENT CHIEFS IN GHANAIAN HISTORY

The ancient king of the Great Mamprugu kingdom, the NAYIRI is a highly reputable king that have lived several generation and evolved over time. The name NAYIRI is a living spirit that never dies and have lived for over eight centuries (800 years)


The Nayiri of Mamprugu, the Yaa Naa of Dagbon and the Bimbila Naa of Nanung are the pioneers of Chieftaincy and Royalty in the modern day Ghana. However, all the aforementioned regards the Nayiri as their elder.


The Nayiri have lived the Pre Colonial, Colonial and post independence Ghana so therefore there's nothing about political gimmicks that he doesn't understand. 


When his brother's house was in disarray, the government of Ghana under Former President J.A Kufour called on him together with the Yagbonwura of Gonja kingdom and the Asantehene of Ashanti kingdom and they together formed the famous "COMMITTEE OF THREE EMINENT CHIEFS" with the Asantehene as the Chairman. During the committee presentation of the road map to the President, the Asantehene stated categorically that, the committee in it's work solely rely on the Nayiri when it comes to aspects of tradition. This goes a long way to inform the nation about the contribution of the Nayiri during the trying moments of Dagbon. 


How could a King whose knowledge was tapped on when it comes to tradition be questioned on why he performs the traditional funeral rights of his son?


All Paramount Chiefs in the Mamprugu kingdom are customary sons of the Nayiri and the responsibility befalls on him to perform their funerals when they demise.


Why was the Nayiri not questioned when he performed the funeral of the Sakote Naaba and enskinned a Sakote Naaba in the Upper East Region? 

Why was the Nayiri not questioned when he performed the funeral of the Nangodi Naaba and enskinned a Nangodi Naaba in the Upper East Region?

 Why was the Nayiri not questioned when he performed the funeral of the Tongo Naaba and enskinned a Tongo Naaba in the Upper East region?

Why was the Nayiri not questioned when he performed the funeral of the Zuarungu Naaba and enskinned the Zuarungu Naaba in the Upper East region? 

Why was the Nayiri not questioned when he performed the funeral of the Bongo Naaba and enskinned the Bongo Naaba in the Upper East region? 


Why was the Nayiri not questioned when he performed the funeral of the Sankansé Naaba and enskinned the Sankansé Naaba in Togo?

Why was the Nayiri not questioned when he performed the funeral of the Sanga Naaba and enskinned the Sanga Naaba in Burkina Faso?  


If all the aforementioned Paramount Chiefs funerals were performed in the Upper East region of Ghana, Burkina Faso and Togo by the Nayiri, Ancient King of the Great Mamprugu Kingdom and subsequent enskinment without any problems, why should the Bawku case be different? 


The Kingdom of Mamprugu is very much aware of the political undertone of the Bawku Chieftaincy in the Colonial, Pre Independence and Post Independence. There's nothing to be done by any politician that hasn't been done before. A sitting President have ever Exiled the Nayiri enskinned Bawku-Naa before, so what worse thing can be done to the Nayiri about the Bawku Chieftaincy again? 


The Nayiri is not perturbed by the draconian Akufo-Addo NPP government that have unlawfully detained his delegation for a full week now without trial. What he seeks to tell President Akufo-Addo is that, Ghana's first President Dr. Kwame Nkrumah have ever exiled Bawku-Naa Salima Yirimeya who was enskinned by father of the current Nayiri, Naa Sheriga Abdulai but that didn't stop the Nayiri Naa Bongu Adam Badimsuguru from enskining Bawku-Naa Tampuri Adam Zangbeo.


H.E President Akufo Addo should know that he is not the first President to betray Mamprugu and probably won't be the last. During the Colonial era, DC Syme did all he could to change the name of the Bawku traditional area to Kusaasi district but it didn't work,

 President Dr. Kwame Nkrumah did all he could to usurp the Bawku skins to a Yaanga stooge called Abugrago Azoka but it didn't work,

 The PNDC government under Former President JJ Rawlings and John Ndebugri devised all ways and means to usurp the Bawku skins to Abugrago Aninchema but it didn't work,

 And current attempt by President Akufo-Addo and the NPP government to intimidate the Nayiri and usurp the Bawku skins for Abugrago Aninchema definitely will not work. 


The Nayiri was an EMINENT KING in the Pre Colonial era, He was an EMINENT KING in the colonial era, He is an EMINENT KING in the current Independent Ghana and shall forever be an EMINENT KING.


The Nayiri was a KING when there was no Ghana, He is a KING in today's Ghana and shall forever be a KING even if there's no Ghana because the NAYIRI IS THE LIVING SPIRIT of NAA GBEWAA. 💪 💪 💪

BAWUMIA FINALLY DECLARES STANCE ON LGBTQI

Vice President and flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, has emphatically stated he opposes the practice of LGBTQ+ in Ghana.
